Liz did an amazing job on my first ever tattoo! She was super light-handed, which made the whole process way easier than I expected, it didn’t hurt at all. My tattoo healed beautifully with very little peeling or itching. I’m beyond happy with the results and I’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my future tattoos. Highly recommend Liz if you’re looking for a talented, professional, and gentle artist!
Amazing experience! Evie at the front desk was super friendly and made the check-in process smooth. Terrell** and Shawn Shawn** were awesome, making the whole vibe fun and relaxed. Jess**, the piercer, was professional and quick—making the process almost painless. Overall, a fantastic, friendly team that works in sync with each other. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
Jess is the kindest, most patient piercer I’ve had. She takes her time with everyone in her chair and has helped me heal numerous piercings done by others. I would come regularly if my budget permitted it (I try my best) 🩶
Had such an awesome experience here! Evie was amazing with my nose piercing. She was super patient, informative, and so reassuring the whole time. I was a little nervous but she made me feel totally comfortable. She even stayed late just to accommodate us, which I really appreciated! Also, shoutout to Tarrell at the front des! So funny and sweet. He called me personally to let me know Evie was staying late, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great vibe all around, highly recommend!
I originally had two piercings done last week at a different studio. Yesterday, one of them started hurting really badly, and of course, the shop I went to was closed. I called Jess’s Piercing & Ink to see if they could help, and they told me to come right in. When I arrived, the wait was super short and Evie took me straight to the back.
I explained what was going on and that I thought the piercing might need to come out completely. She let me know it might feel a little uncomfortable but promised to take a look first. After checking, she explained that the bar was way too short and had started pressing into my skin, which could have led to infection. She immediately got to work carefully cleaning, removing, and replacing it with the correct size to allow for swelling.
While we were at it, I had her look at the other piercing too, and she confirmed that one was also too short. She removed both, explained everything clearly, and gave me so much knowledge I didn’t have before. Evie was incredibly patient, clean, and thorough the entire time.
For something that started out scary and painful, the whole experience left me feeling comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Everyone in the studio was wonderful, and Evie especially turned a tough situation into an amazing experience. I feel so much better now and this is absolutely my new go-to studio.
From the phone call with Terrell and coming in to his amazing character and friendly demeanor to Evie piercing my naval she was amazing! No pain very thorough in letting me know what was coming next..she was very knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. I live in Georgia and will totally return for more!! They are amazing!! If there were more stars they both would totally get them!! Thank you Evie and Terrell for such a wonderful experience ❤️
